Returning for its Third year, TUBU Fest is back! Theatre for Us By Us Festival (TUBU Fest) is an award winning disability short fringe theatre festival which produces 12 plays written by 12 playwrights from around the world with disabilities, 14 local directors/co-directors, 30 local actors, an award winning design team, production team and festival! This is one powerhouse of a festival that shows you theatre from the lens of people with disabilities. You’ll laugh, cry, ponder and want to be a part of TUBU too!  


4 unique shows each night with community leader interviewing a panel of TUBU Fest artists after each show.

Join us for a first look at what’s next at Ground Floor Theatre.

 

Come celebrate where GFT has been, discover where we’re going, and be among the first to experience what Ground Floor Theatre has planned for 2027.

 

We’ll share a closer look at GFT’s programs, upcoming projects, and the impact of our work in Austin. All while enjoying live music, food and drinks, and celebrating our community. The evening will culminate in the announcement of our 2027 season.

Travel through realms of angels, vampires, werewolves, witches, demons, spirits, sirens, and more as your guide, the extraordinary Basura, leads you through a world where mystery, wonder, and the unknown reign.

Prepare for an evening of breathtaking performances, a deeply moving tribute to breast cancer survivors, and suspense that will leave you questioning what lies just beyond the veil.


Please be aware: this show includes blacklight, strobing lights, and flickering lights. Additionally, it contains depictions of the following: supernatural beings, magic, and themes of death. Some performances may include strong or mature language.

🩷 Breast Cancer Awareness Night — Thursday, October 22nd

This performance is dedicated to all who have been touched by breast cancer. To the survivors who fought with everything they had. To the families and friends who stood by their side. And to those we have lost but never forgotten.

Join us for a special evening that includes testimonies from breast cancer survivors, a dedicated performance honoring their strength and resilience, and representatives from the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas (BCRC) on site with information on prevention, early detection, and available resources.

We invite you to wear your pink in honor and support of all who have been touched by breast cancer.
